JLS Electrical Services is an NICEIC approved contractor, able to fully certify ALL electrical installations and provide completion notification to your Local Authority Building Control.

JLS Electrical Services only use top quality manufactured makes and brands for our installations. Using cheap materials is false economy. Do it once, do it right!


We will never ask what others have quoted you to "beat" their price.


How can you compare apples and pears? As most people know, in this life you get what you pay for. People may try to beat our quotes but at what compromise? Quality of workmanship or cheaper materials! They may be happy to provide you with a sub-standard service, we are not.


We do not offer discounts for cash.


All of our work has a traceable audit system from an additional socket to a complete rewire. We take pride in every job we carry out. On completion you will receive a certificate (if required) and a unique job identification reference number.

It takes a lifetime to build a good reputation and moments to lose it. We have developed a great working relationship with our customers. A lot of our work comes from recommendation which is the best advert we can have.


We are a service provider not a sales company.


We do not try and sell any products or use scare tactics to get you to part with your hard earned cash. We do not look for work, but allow a customer to ask us to quote. When we have provided you with a quotation, we are always here to answer your questions but will NEVER chase you. If you're happy with our proposal(s) we'll await your instructions.


Time keeping and punctuality


There is nothing worse than waiting in for a tradesman who either doesn't show or is very late. That's all down to poor planning. All our work is planned in advance and your appointment time and details are kept in our working diary.


Communication


We believe this plays a huge part of developing a mutual trust with our customers. Sometimes unforeseen things happen, whether it is a delay in material deliveries or discovering an unforeseen problem. Honesty and transparency is always key. By explaining things to our customers and keeping them up to date with what's going on, always ensures a smooth running contract. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to get hold of your tradesman who will not answer his phone or call you back.
